PLEASANTVILLE - Westchester County police have closed the northbound lanes of the Saw Mill River Parkway after a tractor-trailer wedged itself under the Manville Road overpass, officials said. The northbound lanes will be closed for hours as emergency responders work to remove the truck and inspect the bridge. The accident occurred at about 6 p.m. and is exacerbating evening rush hour, police said.
